Skin Deep Medical Aesthetic Centre is an Advanced Medical Aesthetic Clinic based in Centurion, Gauteng in South Africa. Dr Thandi Zimu has been the face of our clinic since it opened in 2019 . She is the medical director and our practising doctor, an outspoken campaigner for natural-looking results whose work is dedicated to no-tell, delicate enhancements and to restoring balance, youth and harmony to what Mother Nature gave us.

Dr Thandi Zimu has been a Medical Doctor for more than a decade, focusing in Aesthetic Medicine. She qualified as a Doctor at the University of Free State in Bloemfontein, obtained a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from AAAM (American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine) and has a training in Body Sculpting from Alsir Medical  Academy in Turkey. She is passionate about conditions that cause pigmentation of the skin , in type III – VI. This has led to her formulating
an in-house anti-pigmentation serum, which has shown amazing results for a demographic that had very little options available for them.

She understands just how energised and confident we can feel when we look our best. Treating complex skin and body problems that people have given up on,
demystifying anti-aging procedures is part is her specialty and frequently what drives many patients to walk through our door: she is one of the few cosmetic
doctors in the South Africa skilled in upper eye filler for combatting hollowing and A-frame deformities.
